Gabriel Groisman brings a wealth of knowledge to LSN Law, P.A. (formerly L&H). With over fifteen years of legal experience, Gabriel has a diverse approach to providing general counsel to businesses and advising clients in areas such as anti-corruption compliance under the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), anti-money-laundering compliance, as well as intellectual property, registration, licensing, and enforcement. Gabriel has also litigated many complex commercial cases in state and federal courts and international arbitral forums. Gabriel also serves as a commercial mediator in civil disputes.
Gabriel Groisman has received many acknowledgments and awards. However, he is particularly proud of one prestigious award – the 2018 Pursuit of Justice Award from the American Association of Jewish Lawyers and Jurists. This award stands out because the recipients are known as the most distinguished jurists and attorneys in the nation’s history.
In addition to his thriving legal career, Gabriel is an advocate, public speaker, and writer on various topics. In November 2016, Gabriel was elected by his peers to serve his community as the Mayor of Bal Harbour, Florida, a position he held until November 2022. Furthermore, community and philanthropy are significant to Gabe. He has been named the 2022/23 Chairman of the Children’s Tumor Foundation. In addition, he serves on the national board of directors for the Republican Jewish Coalition (RJC) and the Friends of the Israel Defense Forces (IDF).
